This is an amazing product. Tastes great, along with the raspberry they are both by far my favorite. I add them to my breakfast shakes and they are the favorite part of my morning. Not sure how to rate ease of use, the product doesn’t pour itself but does include a scoop. Effectiveness is difficult to rate, I would say it takes the edge off for me and has helped me through school. I’ve tried other similar products and nothing comes close to OLEO.

Did have to add stevia to make it taste better. Not sure if it is working or not as I just came off of prednisone. So may need more time for a true review to see if it helps! The product did not dissolve easily had to really stir and shake to get it to dissolve.
